11 Months After He Was Shot, Kevin The Canine Has A New House

MANASSAS, VA — In April 2021, Kevin the canine was shot and left for lifeless in a commuter car parking zone. This week, Kevin was adopted from the Metropolis of Manassas’s animal shelter.

On April 26, 2021, Kevin was deserted exterior the Manassas Park VRE station. Somebody fired six photographs at him, placing him a number of instances, police mentioned on the time.

Afterwards, Kevin adopted the shooter again to a black SUV, authorities mentioned. The SUV drove away, leaving Kevin behind.

Kevin acquired remedy on the MedVet Animal Hospital in Manassas after the taking pictures. Bullets left entry and exit wounds in his shoulder, one other bullet was lodged in his jaw, and one other spherical mangled one hind leg past restore.
